SIGNS
We
offer a variety of sign substrates that offer indoor and outdoor signage.
- ALUMALITE
— A unique aluminum to corrugated plastic core panel with a glossy finish
that is guaranteed not to fade. It is weather resistant, ink and vinyl receptive,
lightweight, and strong. Ideal for most types of exterior signage.
- DIBOND
—A lightweight, extremely flat aluminum composite panel that is 2 sheets
of .012 aluminum compressed to a thermoplastic core. This material is ink
and vinyl receptive. Ideal for point-of-purchase displays, street and highway
signs, exhibit booths, routed sign faces, stage sets, sign blanks, cutout
letters and store decorations.
- LUSTERBOARD
— Laminated panel of high performance aluminum faces with an exterior
graded hardwood plywood core. Lusterboard has the strength of plywood, along
with excellent impact resistance. Ideal for post and panel signs and cut out
shapes.
- COROPLAST
— 4-millimeter thick corrugated polypropylene boards great for quick,
temporary signs. Coroplast signs accept step stakes, which allow the sign
to be placed in the ground.
- PLASTIC
MOLDED LETTERS: Molded plastic letters which are offered in a variety
of styles, colors, and also come in custom molded logo's.
- SAFTEY
/ DOT SIGNS: Regulatory
Signs, Route Markers, Parking Signs, Warning Signs, Street Signs, Construction
Signs, Work Place Saftey Signs, Plastic Stencils, and Posts.
- POST
& PANEL: A signs face between two posts. Usually these are pvc
with choice of sign face.
- A-FRAME:
A plastic a-frame sign. Used with vinyl cut graphics or available with letter
boards allowing customers to change wording using 4" letters and numbers.
BANNERS
We
offer a variety of materials ranging from 10 oz to 21 oz vinyl cut banners in
gloss and matte finishes, to full color printed banners. We also do double sided
banners, and over the street banners as well.
BANNER
OPTIONS:
- GROMMETS:
Used to give a banner a way to be secured or tied down.
- GUSSETS:
A triangular piece of material sewn into the corners to reinforce the banner.
- HEMMED
EDGE: The edges of the banner are sewn with a double stitch.
- FINISHED
EDGE: The edges of the baner are folded and taped with hem tape for
a finished look without sewn hems. Usually done on full color printed banners.
- WEBBING:
One inch webbing is sewn into each edge to reinforce the entire banner.
- D-RINGS:
Commonly used for over the street banners.
